Ryan Mannix
Meet Ryan, an inspiring soul who has been wholeheartedly sharing his love for meditation and yoga across continents since 2013. With a spirit that knows no boundaries, he leads transformative workshops, classes, and teacher trainings both in Australia and abroad.
Ryan’s journey into yoga and meditation was sparked by his deep-rooted fascination with movement and mindfulness. Before immersing himself in the world of yoga, he was a professional runner, proudly representing Australia on numerous occasions. However, an injury that momentarily shifted his path led him to the healing embrace of yoga, using it as a powerful rehabilitation tool. Following his heart’s calling, Ryan completed his first teacher training in the enchanting lands of Bali, setting him on a quest to learn from revered teachers around the globe.
Ryan’s classes exude a dynamic and progressive energy, designed to embrace every soul that steps onto the mat. At the heart of his teachings lies mindfulness and the power of breath, infusing each moment with present awareness and inner connection.

Sarah Healy
Sarah (Tara Lakhmi Kaur) is a 200hr KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her style of teaching comes from the lineage of Yogi Bhajan who brought KY to the west in 1968. Each class consists of conscious movement, breath work, meditation and mantra.
Sarah began practicing yoga 6 years ago, and completed a level one Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in February 2023 in Byron Bay with Maharaja Imbrogno. She is currently undertaking level 2 (300hr) teacher training.
Her calm, grounded nature is reflective of many hours spent practicing yoga, working as a biodynamic vegetable farmer and living a simple homestead lifestyle. KY transformed her life completely, helping to soothe anxiety, trauma and mental dis-ease she had experienced prior to practicing Kundalini Yoga.
Her intention is to create a nurturing, non- judgmental space for people to let go, heal and recognise their own power, leaving the practitioner feeling peaceful, open hearted and elevated.
You can expect to be challenged, with modifications offered for all levels. She encourages students to move within their own ability, but most importantly connect to their spirit and cultivate a stillness within.

Jess Morrell
Jess is a certified 500hr teacher, with certifications in YIN, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Philosophy, Ayurveda, Asana, Children, Teens, Pre and Post Natal practices.
With a personal dedication to Asana, Vinyasa, Yin and infactuation with Meditation practices, Jess brings a unique blend of mindfulness, lightness and rigour whilst invoking a warm sense of welcome to anyone who walks into her practice.
Trained under the Krishnamachary lineage, Jess embodies true traditions, blending them seamlessly with a unique and analytical approach ensuring all students always feel not only comfortable but are able to get the most out of their practice and feel supported doing so. One of her biggest passions in life is to encourage others to find the power not only of meditation but of presence. To be empowered with self-love, embracing stillness, and balance.
