Our surf sessions will meet you where you are at with your surfing.  We cater for both beginner and intermediate surfers and love to see you experience the rush even a small wave can give.

Yoga – Invest in you…

Kuṇḍalinī Yoga

The word kundalini translates to “coiled” and refers to the unconscious yet powerful sleeping serpent of energy that sits at the base of the spine.  The practice of Kuṇḍalinī yoga utilizes movement of breath, body and sound to awaken Kuṇḍalinī shakti, and ultimately aims to liberate the participant from all that is not their true nature. Interestingly this form of yoga was reserved for a rare and privileged sector, given its potential to optimize an individual’s person power and creativity.

Reawaken your personal power on a fully inclusive surf and yoga retreat on the doorstep of Victoria’s iconic Great Ocean Road.  Be welcomed by your host Emma and nurtured by her delicious and wholesome plant-based food picked straight from her permaculture garden.  Be inspired in the presence of local healers, musicians and teachers, and immerse yourself in activities that will energise your path. Then, at the end of each day, unwind in your beautiful eco-accommodation.  Combining movement, music and nature, this retreat is enlightening and fun, but it will also give you practical tools for living a balanced life.

About our resident teacher  

Emma is a warm and genuine yoga teacher focused on empowering others through sharing the ancient yogic teachings and philosophies that have supported her in her wellbeing and her quest to live a meaningful life.

Passionate about continued learning, Emma’s teaching experience is extensive with 1500 hours plus teacher training. She is qualified to facilitate Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F), Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini and Nada Yoga – sound based yoga utilising the unique healing tool that is resonance of your own voice.
