Sound Meditation Class

Every Thursday night from 6 pm to 7.15 pm. 

This 75-minute sound meditation class will introduce you to the healing power of your own unique sound.

Every body is an instrument for sound, and exploring your body instrument through sound is a gentle way to meet yourself in the present moment and

connect with what is alive in you.

The resonance of your sound in your body has a magical way of transforming tension and trauma held in your body.

This class will teach you how to use vocal toning as a healing tool, and how to chant mantras that lift and lighten the heart and mind.⁠

This is a by-donation class.
