Full program
Day 1 – Friday
After settling into your accommodation, take a tour of Deśa before your first one-on-one consultation with Emma, where you will set your intentions for the retreat. Feel your tensions begin to melt away during a blissful Abhyanga warm oil massage, then enjoy a delicious and nutritious two-course meal made with love.
This evening, calm the mind using sound during Kirtan led by Emma. Nada yoga is a powerful and fruitful meditation technique. Feeling balanced and grounded, it’s time to retreat for the night.
Day 2 – Saturday
Today we begin with a Nourishing Sounds Yoga experience led by Emma and musician and sound facilitator Demir Aliu. Submerged in the healing sounds of live music, use breath, voice and body to bring balance back into your life.
After breakfast, spend some time with Emma in a bespoke strategy session. These sessions allow you to share any challenges and perceived limitations and learn embodied strategies that will support you in returning to a more empowered and grounded state. The intention is to provide practical tools that create profound energetic shifts, reconnecting mind and body and welcoming back a sense of agency and choice.
Nourished by another tasty lunch, wander down to the beach for a coastal walk. Dip your toes in the saltwater and feel connected to nature as you breathe deep and take it all in. Then, back at the retreat, enjoy some free time before our evening meal, where you will learn about mindful eating. Emma will lead tonight’s bedtime Nida yoga practice before you retreat for the day.
Day 3 – Sunday
Start the day with a Kundalini Yoga session with Emma. The word Kundalini translates to “coiled” and refers to the unconscious yet powerful sleeping serpent of energy that sits at the base of the spine. Use breath, body, and sound to awaken Kundalini shakti during this class. After breakfast, it’s time for another strategy session with Emma and some free time to reflect, relax and soak up the serenity.
This afternoon, Kirsty from Yum Design Ceramics will join us for a fun and therapeutic clay play workshop. Feel the earth in your hands as you reawaken your creative side.
Later this afternoon, Holistic Nutritionist Elly McLean from Nutritionelly will join us for a fabulous nutrition seminar and cooking demonstration. Learn practical tips from an expert on everything from gut health to hormone balance.
Emma will lead tonight’s bedtime yin yoga before you retreat for your final night of the retreat.
Day 4 – Monday
As your transformative retreat draws towards the end, energise and balance yourself during one last yoga class with Emma. After breakfast, it’s time for our Closing Circle. Filled with love after a warm farewell hug from Emma, you now have the tools to bring true purpose and meaning back into your life.
Namaste.
