How to use the yoga portal

 

 

Welcome to our step-by-step guide on managing your yoga class bookings through the customer portal.

Whether you need to make changes to an existing booking or want to learn how to book a new class, this user-friendly guide will walk you through the process.

With just a few easy steps, you’ll be able to take control of your yoga schedule and ensure you get the most out of your practice.

SIGN IN

Step 1: Select the Portal Link to log in.

CLASS BOOKINGS PAGE

Step 2: After logging in, you’ll have access to your current class bookings on this page. They will be displayed chronologically by date, listing the time and instructor for each.

EDIT A BOOKING

Step 3: Select the pencil icon next to the booking you want to reschedule or cancel. Please keep in mind that to cancel a booking without incurring charges, it must be done more than 4 hours before the scheduled class.

CANCEL A BOOKING

Step 4: Click on the pencil icon adjacent to the booking you wish to cancel. Remember, to avoid charges, ensure your cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the class begins.

Once you’ve made your selection, choose “Cancel,” and the class will be removed, with your remaining class passes duly adjusted.

RESCHEDULE A BOOKING

Step 4: Click on the pencil icon next to the booking you want to reschedule. Be sure to reschedule at least 4 hours before the class starts to avoid charges.

A screen will appear, allowing you to select a new date and time for the class. Click “Confirm” to complete the rescheduling process.

Step 5: You have the option to book classes directly within the Portal.

At the top of the page, simply click the “>” symbol next to the available appointment slots to secure your spot.

Step 6: Click ‘Book’.

Step 7: A new screen pops up, you can click the dropdown arrow to choose your preferred instructor or select a date to view available class times.
