Garden-to-plate

The garden at Deśa Retreat has been a project of loving regeneration, with a vision to see the property be an oasis for both natives and fresh organic produce.

Emma is a talented plant-based cook, and transforms freshly home-grown produce into mouth-watering garden-to-plate meals to nourish her guests, leaving them feeling deeply cared for from the inside out. 

All meals are freshly prepared on-site, utilising the produce that is in season. While Deśa is primarily a plant-based retreat, we have chickens helping with our composting system, so let us know if you are okay with eggs.

Catering 

If you are booking accommodation or hiring the venue for your own retreat, you can choose to add Emma’s incredible home-cooked meals to your stay.

These meals are nutritious and delicious, from pancakes to a two-course dinner. The menu is seasonal and will change depending on what is ready to be picked straight from the garden.

 

Know before you book

  • Pricing may be reduced for ten or more people. 
  • We can cater to dietary requirements if they are advised when booking.
  • Final numbers and full payment are required seven days before your retreat booking.

Morning / afternoon tea – $16.50 per person

Breakfast – $55 per person

Lunch – $55 per person

Dinner (2 courses) – $95 per person
