Befriending Your Body
Befriending Your Body is a trauma-informed course involving meditation, yoga and shared discussion.
Emma will guide participants through a number of trauma-informed resourcing practices that may be helpful for managing strong feelings, emotions, thought patterns and periods of stress, anxiety and depression.
When practiced regularly, such practices of self-attunement may deepen and strengthen a person’s relationship with themselves, increase resilience to life’s ups and downs and possibly provide a foundation for inner harmony that helps cultivate more harmony in other relationships.
